We prepare audit papers that can be signed by our trusted audit partners or reviewed and signed by your own CPA. This flexible approach ensures your audit process is smooth and compliant with regulatory standards.
cOMPANY sECRETARY
We can handle all company secretary duties on your behalf, including submissions such as Annual Returns (AR), Business Registrations (BR), and resolutions. If you prefer not to act as the Company Secretary, we can take on the full role for you.
COMPLIANCE
We can assist with AML-CTF compliance by conducting background checks and maintaining your Significant Controller Register, ensuring you meet all regulatory requirements.
